3. Vendor Onboarding and Product Listing Guidelines

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate, detailed, and up-to-date information about their products. 3.2.1 Accuracy: Product information must be accurate and reflect the actual features, specifications, expiry date and pricing of the products.

3.2.2 Availability: Vendors must promptly update product availability status to prevent customers from ordering out-of-stock items.

3.2.3 Compliance: Products listed on One Dental must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

3.3 Review and Approval/Disapproval of Product Listings: One Dental reserves the right to review and approve/disapprove product listings on an ongoing basis. Our objective is to maintain a high standard of quality, accuracy, and reliability for our customers.

Reasons for disapproval may include, but are not limited to:

3.3.1 Violation of Policies: Product listings that violate our terms, policies, or ethical standards may be disapproved.

4. Order Processing and Fulfilment

4.2 Payment Processing: One Dental serves as the payment processor for transactions on the platform. Payments made by customers are processed securely through our payment gateway. 4.4 One Dental's Limited Liability for Order Fulfilment: While One Dental facilitates the transaction and collects payments, we do not directly handle the physical fulfilment of orders. Therefore, One Dental is not liable for any delays, damages, or issues related to order fulfilment by vendors. We strongly encourage vendors to adhere to best practices in shipping, packaging, and customer communication to ensure a positive customer experience.

4.5 Communication Between One Dental, Vendors, and Customers: Effective communication is key to a smooth order fulfilment process. One Dental may facilitate communication between customers and vendors as needed to address inquiries, resolve issues, or provide assistance. Vendors are expected to respond promptly to communication from One Dental and customers.

4.6 Order Modifications or Cancellations: Customers may request order modifications or cancellations under certain circumstances. Vendors should promptly communicate with One Dental regarding such requests to ensure proper resolution. One Dental reserves the right to approve or deny order modifications or cancellations based on the circumstances and vendor policies.

4.7 Returns and Refunds: In the event of product returns or refund requests, vendors must adhere to their stated refund policies. One Dental may facilitate the refund process on behalf of vendors if necessary. Customers are encouraged to review the refund policies provided by vendors before making a purchase.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Payment Collection on Behalf of Vendors: One Dental facilitates the collection of payments from customers on behalf of vendors. The applicable fees are communicated to vendors during the on boarding process and are subject to change at the discretion of One Dental. Vendors agree to the specified transaction fees as a condition of using the One Dental platform.

5.2.1 Fee Structure: The transaction fees are determined based on the sale amount, and the current fee structure is available in the vendor agreement or provided separately. One Dental reserves the right to adjust the fee structure with reasonable notice to vendors.

5.2.2 Notification of Fees: Vendors will be notified of the transaction fees applicable to their sales through the platform. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated to vendors in advance.

5.2.3 Deduction of Fees: Transaction fees are deducted from the total sale amount before disbursing payments to vendors. Vendors will receive payment minus the applicable transaction fees.

5.3 Payment Disbursement Payment to vendors, after deducting transaction fees, is processed on a regular basis as outlined in the vendor agreement. The payment schedule is designed to provide vendors with timely access to their earnings from sales on the platform. Vendors can review their payment statements through their account on the One Dental platform.

5.3.1 Payment Schedule: The specific payment schedule, including the frequency and timing of disbursements, is detailed in the vendor agreement or provided separately. One Dental reserves the right to adjust the payment schedule with reasonable notice to vendors.

5.3.2 Payment Statements: Vendors can access detailed payment statements through their account on the One Dental platform. Statements will include a breakdown of sales, transaction fees, and the net amount disbursed.

5.3.3 Currency and Payment Method: Payments are typically disbursed in the currency agreed upon in the vendor agreement and through the chosen payment method specified by the vendor during onboarding.

5.4 Currency Conversion and Exchange Rates: In cases where transactions involve multiple currencies, currency conversion may be necessary. One Dental utilizes industry-standard exchange rates, and any fees associated with currency conversion are borne by the vendor.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

6.1 Refund Policy
